ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That LESLIE DORN GRIFFIN, party of the first
part, in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10.00) paid by
DEEDEE MURARO, party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, assigned, and transferred unto the said party of the second part a certain
Lease 'Agreement, dated the 3rd day of October, 1983, and the party of the second
part does hereby covenant to perform all of the conditions and terms of said Lease.
