WHEREAS, SHERRILL B. TURNER is the Owner of certain real property in the
~ity of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lots 21 - 30 Hillcrest, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 53, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
WHEREAS, Owner has constructed three buildings on said property, each
building being serviced by common driveways and parking areas.
NOW THEREFORE, Owner hereby covenants:
1. In the event one or more of the buildings referred to above is
sold or transferred, Owner hereby agrees to provide, at Owner's cost, driveways
and parking areas for each of the buildings as required by the Code of Ordinances,
City of Clermont.
