WADE, his wife, herein after referred to as Owners, and the ~TY OF CLERMONT, hereinafter referred to as City. WHEREAS, the City recently annexed and rezoned proper ty of Owner described in Schedule A attached, Owners agree with the City to comply with the following restrictions regarding their property: 1. The Owners agree that no additional parcels of land of owners contiguous to the annexed property described in Schedule A shall be annexed by the City unless the entire parcel to be annexed (including the property described in Schedule A attached) is subdivided. 2. Owners agree to install, at their expense, a privately owned frontage road as proposed by the preliminary plan submitted to the City at its January 11, 1983 regular City Council meeting by Owners.
