AGREEMENT between BOB WADE and GAIL B. WADE, his wife,
herein after referred to as Owners, and the ~TY OF CLERMONT,
hereinafter referred to as City.
WHEREAS, the City recently annexed and rezoned proper ty of
Owner described in Schedule A attached, Owners agree with the
City to comply with the following restrictions regarding their
property:
1. The Owners agree that no additional parcels of land of
owners contiguous to the annexed property described in Schedule A
shall be annexed by the City unless the entire parcel to be
annexed (including the property described in Schedule A attached)
is subdivided.
2. Owners agree to install, at their expense, a privately
owned frontage road as proposed by the preliminary plan submitted
to the City at its January 11, 1983 regular City Council meeting
by Owners. The frontage road will be extended East as the next ~

4. A utilities easement shall be granted to the City by
Owners over the property described in Schedule B attached. Owners
shall be allowed to pave the property where the easement is
located and use it for a parking area but shall not be allowed to
place a permanent building on the property where the easement is
located.
5. This agreement shall be binding on the heirs,
successors and assigns of the parties.
