AGREEMENT
BETWEEN WILLIAMS STEEL INDUSTRIES, INC. AND
THE CITY OF CLERMONT
Williams Steel Industries, Inc. hereby covenants with the City
of Clermont as follows:
We, the owners of Williams Steel Industries, Inc., located at
Twelfth Street and Highway 50 in Clermont, Florida, hereby agree
to construct the necessary storm drainage and parking improve-
ments at the-above described facility on the following conditions:
1. Storm drainage improvements on the north side (DeSoto
Street) of this property will be ,constructed no la~er than
December 1, 1982. These improvements will be constructed
according to plans dated October 1, 1981 by Springstead
and Associates, or plans submitted June 21, 1982 by
Williams Steel Industries, Inc.
2. Parking improvements will be constructed no later than
September 1, 1983. This improvement will be constructed
according to plans dated October 1, 1981 by Springstead
and Associates, or plans submitted June 21, 1982 (drawing
No.2) by Williams Steel Industries, Inc.
3. Building Permits and Final Site Plan approvals will be
obtained from the City of Clermont before the commence-
ment of construction.
