SERVICE AGREEMENT
This is a service agreement between Waste Technology Corporation
and the undersigned. It will remain in effect for one (1) year
from date of issue and provides a guarantee that the specified
hourly charges and the specified mileage charges will not increase
while this agreement is in effect.
Eil1ing to be made at $30.00 per hour and 25~ per mile.
