AGREEMENT
BEIWEEN ASPEN - EMERALD LAKES ASSOCIATES, LID AND
THE CITY OF CLERMJNT
Aspen - EIrerald lakes Associates, LID, hereby covenants with the City of
Clerrront as follows.
We, the owners of the En1erald lakes M:>bile Harne Park, located at 1401
West Highway 50, Clernont, Florida, hereby agree to install separate
water rreters for each nobile harne and comrron facilities in the Emerald
lakes M:>bile Harne Park on the following oondi tions :
1. All costs of the water rreters and installation will be borne
by Aspen - Emerald lakes Associates, LID.
2. The location of all water rreters must be approved by the City.
3. The water rreters must be installed pursuant to plans and speci-
fications approved by the City.
4. OWnership of the water meters, once the rreters and their instal-
lation is accepted by the City; shall be the City of Clernont.
The City shall own only the water meters. The water mains and
service lines will still be under the ownership of Aspen -
EIrerald lakes Associates, LID.
5. Upon acceptance of the above mentioned water meters, Aspen -
En1erald lakes Associates, LID hereby issues the City of Cle:mont
a pennanent easement to enter the premises of the En1erald lakes
M:>bile Hane Park for the purpose of repairing and reading the
water meters.
6. If a high water table makes reading the rreters inpossible at a
future date, the City reserves the right to require the Owners
to reinstate one meter to be used for obtaining the water usage
of the entire M:>bile Harne Park.
7. Water - Sewer Contracts with the City must be signed by the
owner of each nobile hone., ~~~ ~

Dear Mr. Forbes:
This letter is to request formally that the City of Clermont
order all necessary supplies to install a separate water meter
for each mobile home in Emerald Lakes ~obile Horne Park.
As you are aware, Mr. Dan Judy will be installing the water
meters and any new water mains required for this project.
However, it will' be necessary for the City to supply the meters,
couplings, check valves, curb stops, and meter boxes needed to
complete the installation of meters.
It is understood that the estimated cost for these supplies is
approximately $10,000.00, and that the City of Clermont will
supply said supplies at their cost.
Aspen - Emerald Lakes Associates, Ltd. guarantees the payment
for all supplies ordered.
We request that the City send all bills to our contractor, Dan
Judy.
