EXTENSION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a certain Contract For Sale
And Purchase of certain real property in Lake County, Florida, said Contract being
dated July 29, 1980. and
WHEREAS. the parties have agreed to extend the time period for closing the

transaction as described in paragraph 7 of said Contract,
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
herein the parties agree as follows:
1. The date of closing is hereby extended to July 31, 1981.
2. Sellers shall be entitled to the 1981-82 citrus fruit crop referred to in
paragraph 1 of said contract. together with the right to enter upon said property
to c~ltivate and harvest such crop. Buyer shall not remove trees until April 30. 1982.
