Gentlemen,
I have inspected the above referenced roof and find the condi-
tion of the roof very poor. I recommend the following work to
be done. Roof will be broken down into 4 parts.
Part A. MAIN AUDITORIUM
Find indications of leaks around drain outlets. Several air and
water pockets on lower edge. These should be reworked & repaired.
Also remove copper cap from upper parapet wall. Replace missing
wood shingles. Install Johnsmanville asbestos wall flashing to
top of parapet wall. Re-install 24 gauge paint grip metal cap to
extend approximately 6" over wood shingles & down over flexible
flashing. Check over remainder of roof & repair any problems
found.
Part B I OFFICE AREA ON EAST SIDE OF BUILDING
Remove all old roofing, install 1" fiberboard insulation. Apply
asphalt and gr~vel roof to.1Vlfg's specifications. Flash wall
with Bohnsmanville asbestos wall flashing. Install missing wood
shingles around parapet wall. Install 24 gauge paint grip stop.
We recommend 1" fiberboard insulation for insulation purposes and
it makes for a better roof deck for gravel roof.

Part C. EAST SIDE OF BUILDING
Also and east side of building, we will repair leaks in wooden
shingles close to valley.
Part D. Small utility building on South Side
Completely remove roof, rotted lUbber, rafters & sheathing.
Apply asphalt and gravel roof to Mfg's specifications. Install
necessary flashing & accessories. Clean up all debris as jobs
are completed.
Total Price-- $7500.00.

Cone Roofing Lake County Inc. for a period of five years.
