Dear Mr. Tiffany:
On March 11, 1974, the City entered into a Lease with
the captioned trust on a parcel of real property in
Lake County described as 'the South 310 feet of Govern-
ment Lot 7, Section 23, Township 22S, Range 25E.
We are in the process of closing the trust and dis-
tributing the real estate to the beneficiaries and
.have signed the ~ease with the City to them. In the
future, I would appreciate it if you would send your
lease payments as follows on March, June, September
and December 11th:
