Association which qualifies as a depository of public funds under
applicable Florida Statutes and which is a member of the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Federal Savings and Loan In-
surance Corporation is designated a depository of this Corporation
in the City of Clermont, and the Clerk or Finance Director of this
Corporation is authorized to open a deposit account of this corpora-
tion with any said depository.
FURTHER RESOLVED that all drafts, checks, etc., drawn against
such account shall be signed by the following: (State whether such
papers must bear one or more signatures.)
