AGREEMENT

by and between LAKEVIEW LTD. and the CITY OF CLERMONT,
municipal corporation.
In acknowledgement that LAKEVIEW LTD., the owner of Blocks 1
thru 7 in the Lakeview Hills Subdivision, hereby makes the following
agreement, and any subsequent grantees, legatees, or assigns of
~KEVIEW LTD. shall also be bound by the following agreement:
LAKEVIEW LTD.' hereby ,agrees that if Phases 2 and 3 have not
been constructed within three (3) years after the date of this agreement,
LAKEVIEW LTD., upon the written request by the City Manager of the City
of Clermont, shall construct cul~-de-sac on the north and south ends of
Lakeview Avenue, and Ridge Avenue, and on the north end of Haddock Drive.
Such culs-de-sac shall be constructed according to the design standards
of the City of Clermont, and all construction shall be complete 180 days
after receiving the written request from the City Manager.
