1976-06AGREEMENT
This Agreement by and between the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, a
Municipal corporation, and Dr. William M. Howard, Box l4~CSitY Station,
Gainesville, Florida 32604, dated this ~~day of ~, 1976.
WHEREAS the City of Clermont is desirous of retaining the services of Dr.
William M. Howard in connection with the pension plan for employees of the City of
Clermont, and
WHEREAS Dr. William M. Howard has proposed to provide the following actuarial
services;
1. Develop reports on actuarial valuation of the City of Clermont pension plan
for employees on a biennial basis.
2. Actuarial of the pension shall be based on employee data provided by the
City of Clermont and on financial data included in the report of the trus-
tees of the plan or the City's annual audit report which includes figures
on the assets of the plan and contributions to the plan.
3. In addition to the reports on actuarial valuation, an annual visit will be
made to the City of Clermont at a time convenient to both parties for the
purpose of discussing the various aspects of the plan.
4. The City of Clermont shall pay to Dr. William M. Howard for the foregoing
services the following fees:
a. $500.00 for work related to the 1975 valuation and consulting services
to be provided during the following year, payable upon completion of
the report on actuarial valuation.
b. For the following fiscal year, the fee of $550.00.
c. Subsequent to the following fiscal year, the fee of $600.00 per year.
