KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESlENTS:
That we, MICHAELS-STIGGINS INC. ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS,
party of the first part, and CITY OF CLERMONT, a Municipal Corporation,
party of the second part, for valuable considerations" received each from the
other, including FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($ 50,000.00) paid from party of the
second part to party of the first part, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
HEREBY remise, release, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge each
other of and from all, and all manner of, action and actions, cause and causes
of action, suits" debts" dues, sums of money, accountsll reckonings, bonds,
bills, specialties, covenants I contracts, controversies, agreements.l promises,
variances.l trespasses I damages I judgments" executions, claims and demands
whatsoever, in law or in equity" which said parties ever had" now have" or may
have" or which any personal representative" successor, heir or assign of said
parties hereafter can, shall or may have against the other, for, upon or by
reason of any matter I cause or thing whatsoever, arising from or connected
with the irrevocable assignment1 conveyance and grant unto the party of the
second part of all the right, title and interest in and to the use of those
certain plans and specifications prepared by the party of the first part for the
development and construction of a municipal sanitary sewer system within the
Lake Minnehaha Chain-Of-Lakes Development1 a Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 66, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
