FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the Stipulation between the parties and it appearing to the Court that the parties have amicably settled the case by the Plaintiff paying to the Defendants the sum of $47,500.00, including all costs, attorney's fees, interest and full, fair compensation, the payments having been made from the Plaintiff to the Defendants. NOW, THERFORE it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of Taking is hereby confirmed with the title having vested in the Plaintiff to the Parcel condemned herein and this Final Judgment is entered pursuant to the Stipulation entered into between the parties.
