1974-10MUTUAL RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BUMBY & STIMPSON, INC.,
a Florida corporation, and the CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, each, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars lawful money of the United States of America,
and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by
each to the other, have remised, released, and forever discharged,
and by these presents do, for themselves, their agents, assIgns, and
successors, remise, release, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge
each other, their agents, assigns and successors, of and from all,
and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action,
suits, debts, sums of money, accounts, covenants, contracts,
controversies, agreements, promises, damages, judgments, executions,
claims and demands whatsoever, in law, or in equity, arising in any
manner whatsoever from that certain contract dated April 30, 1971,
by and between BUMBY & STIMPSON, INC. and the CITY OF CLERMONT,
which either has against the other or ever had, now has, or which
either or their agents, successors and assigns hereafter can, shall
or may have, for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing
whatsoever associated therewith.

of Michaels-Stiggins, Inc., we have redrafted your Release which
you requested from Bumby & Stimpson to convert it to a Mutual
Release between the City and Bumby & Stimpson, and I have had it
executed by Bumby & Stimpson. I enclose the executed Mutual
Release herewith in duplicate. Would you please have it executed
by the City and acknowledged before a Notary Public and return
one copy to me for our files.
