Engineers ALL SERVICE PREFORMED UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL
BE DONE AT VENDORS ADDRESS AND TRANSPORTATION ".
SHALL BE PAID BY VENDOR NOT TO EXCEED $3.00 EACH WAY.

necessory by willful mlsuse of the equipment or damage through fire, water, theft, accidents or other occ. beyond our normal control.
When, In our opinion, shop reconditioning If necessary when normal repair and parts replacement cannot keep the equipment In satisfactory operating
condition, we will submit a cost estimate. Such work If authorized by you, will be In addition to the maintenance chart
This agreement will be automotlcally renewed for succe..lve one year period.. Either party may cancel on thirty days written notice.
