1963-03AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made this June 11th
1963 by
and between CITY OF CLERMONT, a Municipal corporation, First
Party, and SOUTH LAKE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, INC., a non-
profit corporation,. Second Party, all of Lake County, Florida,
WITNESSETH:
For and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
considerations, the Second Party agrees to purchase from the First
Party and the First Party agrees to sell to the Second Party, the
following described real property in Clermont, Lake County, Florida:
Lot 16; North 150 feet of Lot 15; and, North 95 feet of
Lot 17, ALL in Block 82, CITY OF CLERMONT as re-
presented on the Official Map thereof duly filed and
recorded in the Public Records of Lake County, Florida
for the total purchase price of TWENTY -ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
($21,500.00) DOLLARS, payable in the following manner: $1,500.00 in
cash upon the execution of this Agreement, the receipt of which is here-
by acknowledged by the First Party, and the balance in cash on or
before twelve (12) months from the date of this Agreement, and upon.
delivery of deed of conveyance, conveying marketable title as disclosed
by Title Insurance Binder or Abstract of Title and said property to be
free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, save and except as to
the them current year's taxes which will be paid by the First Party.
In the further consideration of the monies paid, these parties do
hereby MUTUALLY AGREE:
1. The. First Party will keep in full force and effect all insur-
ance on the buildings for the term of the Agreement.
2. The First Party shall occupy the 'buildings for the period dur-
ing the existence of this Agreement. If mutually agreed between the
parties hereto, the First Party may continue to occupy the building on
the above described property for an agreed additional period of time
at a monthly rental of $200. 00 per month.
3. No contents of any kind of the building on the above described
premises will be included in this. sale.
4. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the .
benefit of successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the within named corporations have
caused their respective common seals to be hereunto affixed, and these
presence to be signed, executed, acknowledged and delivered in the name
of and in behalf of the undersigned respective officers as of the day and
year first above written.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, the undersigned

and A M Johnson, known to me to be the persons
described as Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Clermont, a Municipal
Corporation in and who executed the foregoing agreement, and acknow-
ledged before me that they executed the same in the name of and for that
Corporation, affixing the Corporate Seal of that Corporation thereto;
that as such officers they are duly authorized by that Corporation to
execute the foregoing agreement and that said agreement is the act and
deed. of that Cprpo:ration.

Hospital, Inc., a non-profit corporation in and who executed the fore-

Seal of that Corporation thereto; that as such officers they are duly
authorized by that Corporation to execute the foregoing agreement and
that said agreement is the act and deed of that Corporation.
