1963-04LEASE
CITY OF CLERMONT, a municipal corporation, of Lake County,
Florida, the LESSOR, and R. P. SEAVER and wife, WINNIE H. SEAVER, the
LESSEES; each in consideration of the agreements to be performed by the
other, hereby, on this May 8th, 1963, agree:
1. Property and Term: The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessees,
the real property in Clermont, Lake County, Florida, described as:
The North Fifty (50) feet of Lots Twelve (12) and
Fourteen (14), and the North Fifty (50) feet of
the West Forty-Seven (47) feet of Lot Ten (10),
ALL in Block Ninety-One (91), as represented
on Official Map of the City of Clermont, filed
2/4/26 and recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to
23, inclusive, Public Records of Lake County,
Florida,
for the term beginning
May 8th, 1963, at 12:01 A. M. and
ending May 8th , 1973 at 11:59 P. M.
2. Rent: The Lessees will pay to the Lessor, as rent for the
property leased, during the term, the total amount of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00), paying that amount in annual payments in advance at the rate of
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year, with the first payment being due on
or before May 8th, 1963. The Lessees shall have the privi-
lege, at the end of one (1) year under this Lease, to cancel the remaining
term of this Lease by giving to the Lessor written notice thirty (30) days in
advance, and when so cancelled or the premises vacated at the termination
of this Lease, the Lessees will vacate the premises and remove therefrom
any improvements erected thereon.
3. This Lease shall be binding upon and shall enure to the benefit
of the heirs, executors, administrators and successors of the respective
parties hereto; and this Lease shall not be assigned without the written
consent of the Lessor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Lessor has caused its seal to
be affixed hereto by its duly authorized officers, and the Lessees have
hereunto set their hands and seals, this May 8, 1963

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, a Notary Public
duly authorized in the State and County named above to take acknowledgements,
personally appeared JOSEPH BON JORN and A. M. JOHNSON, the Mayor and
City Clerk respectively of the CITY OF CLERMONT, who executed the fore-
going lease, and acknowledged before me individually and jointly that they
had executed the foregoing lease as such Mayor and City Clerk respectively
in the name of and for the CITY OF CLERMONT, affixing the official seal
of said City thereto; that as such Mayor and City Clerk they are duly
authorized by said City to do so; and that the foregoing lease is the act and
lease of the said CITY OF CLERMONT.
