1953-01LEASE
THIS LEASE, Made this 1st day of'April, A.D., 1953,
By and Between CITY OF CLERMONT, a municipal corporation, and
herein called the lessor, and IRA L. MIRACLE, herein called the
lessee,
WITNESSETH, That in consideration of the covenants herein
contained, on the part of the said lessee to be kept and per-
formed, the said lessor does hereby lease to the said lessee,
the following described property:
Lot 9, Block 15, Sunnyside Unit, Clermont
Heights, a subdivision in the City of Clermont
according to plat thereof duly filed and recorded
in the public records of Lake County, Florida;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for the period of one year
from the date hereof payir\g therefor a sum equ,ivalent to the
State, County and City of Clermont taxes. Lessee shall have the
right to renew this lease from year to year. Lessor reserves the
right to cancel same after April 1, 1954, upon giving 30 days
written notice.
And the lessee agrees to pay the rent on November 1st of
each year, and not to construct any buildings on the property
and to use same for only a nursery.
If default is made in any of the covenants in this lease on
the part of the lessee, the lessor may, upon notice, immediately
cancel same and the lessee shall remove all of his property from
said premises.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clermont has caused these
presents to be signed by its Mayor and its corporate seal to be
affixed, attested by the City Clerk and the lessee has hereunto

I, the undersigned Notary Public, hereby certify that F. H.
Higby and A. M. Johnson, respectively Mayor and City Clerk of City
of Clermont, a municipal corporation, to me personally known, this
day acknowledged before me that they executed the foregoing Lease
such officers of said corporation, and that they affixed thereto
the official seal of said corporation; and I further certify that
I know the said persons making said acknowledgments to be the in-
dividuals described in and who executed said Lease.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that on this day personally appeared before
me the under signed Notary Public, Ira 1. Miracle, to me well known
