1933-01LEASE THIS INDENTURE, made this twenty second day of December, A.D. 1933, between the Florida Telephone Realty Corporation, the party of the first part, and the City of Clermont, the party of the second part, WITNESSETH; That the party of the first part, in con- sideration of the sum of one dollar ($l.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents lease to the party of the second part, the following described property, to-wit: the south thirty five (35) feet of lot seventeen (17) Block eighty-two (82) of the City of Clermont as shown by the official map of the City of Clermont of record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Florida. To have and to hold the same unto the party of the second part from the twenty second day of December A. D. 1933 to the twenty second day of December A.D. 1939. The party of the second part, in consideration of the leasing of the premises as above set forth, covenants and agrees with the party of the first part to remit, to satisfy or to pay any taxes which may be assessed against the said premises by the City of Clermont for a period of five years beginning January first, 1934 and ending January first, 1939. And the party of the second part covenants of the first part that it will keep the said premises in as good con- dition as they now are and that it will in all respects comply with requirements of city ordinances in keeping said premises and streets and alleys adjacent thereto, and will yield up the said premises at the expiration of this lease, to the party of the first part, without further notice, in as good condition as they now are. It is further agreed, by the party of the second part that it will not underlot said promises, or any part thereof, or assign this lease without the written assent of the party of the first part thereto. And it is further agreed between the parties hereto that if default shall be made by the party of the second part of any of the convenants or agreements herein contained to be kept by the party of the second part, it shall be lawful for the party of the first part, or its legal representatives, to enter into and upon said premises or any part thereof, either with or without process of law, to re-enter and re-possess the same, at the election of the party of the first part. The covenants herein contained shall extend to and be binding upon the successors and administrators of the parties to this lease. In Witness Whereof, the duly authorized officials and legal representatives of the aforesaid parties of the first and second parts have hereby executed this instrument and affixed hereto their respect- ive corporate seals, the day and year first above written.
