THIS AGREEMENT Made this 9th day of September
A. D. 1921, Between L. H. Zinsser, doing business under the
style of Clermont Electric Company, of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, hereinafter called party of the first part, and City of Clermont,
a Municipal Corporation of Lake County,Florida,
hereinafter called the party of second part,
WITHESSETH, . that whereas, on September 9th, 1921,
the party of the first part by a bill of sale conveyed to the
party of the second part one hundred and thirteen (113) meters.
together with other property, and
WHEREAS, a deposit of Seven ($7.00) Dollars, for
each meter was made to the party of the first part at the time
said meters were installed, and
WHEREAS, it will become necessary to return such
deposits from time to time as said meters may be removed.
NOW, THEREFORE. WITNESSETH, that for and in consider-
ation of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, each to the other in
hand paid, the receipt is hereby acknowledged, the parties
to this agreement have agreed and do agree as follows:
1. The party of the second part does hereby release
and discharge the party of the first part from any liability
or obligation to return any part of the deposits made with .
him as aforesaid, on account of said meters and second party
does hereby covenant and agree to return to each depositor
the sum of Seven ($7.00) Dollars, for each meter in case the
same are removed from the place where the same are now installed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part
has hereunto set his hand and seal and the party of the second
part has caused this instrument to be executed in its name
by its duly authorized officers on this the
9th day of September A. D. 1921.
