1969-04AGREEMENT
In consideration of the sum of $40.00 payable on the first of each
month to the City of Clermont it is agreed and understood that the
Town of Minneola has permission to have installed in their Police
Department patrol car a short wave radio operating on the same
frequency as that assigned to the City of Clermont.
It is further agreed that the radio operators employed by the City
of Clermont will answer and/or relay radio calls as they are
received.
This agreement may be canceled by either the City of Clermont or
the Town of Minneola upon sixty days written notice to the other.
