A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE FIRE IMPACT FEE
FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001 AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND
DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN.

WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following Fire Impact Fees shall be used to
recover the capital costs associated with growth of the City for the Fiscal Year of October
1, 2000 to September 30, 2001.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that he above said budget for the
Fire Impact Fee Fund of the City of Clermont for the 2000-2001 Fiscal Year and
appropriations therefore are hereby adopted.
