RESOLUTION
NO. 1134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND
RESOLUTION NO. 990 TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN
GRADES K-I2 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXISTING CHURCH..
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a
meeting held July 5, 2000 recommended approval of this Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 990 to
allow the operation of a school for children grades K-12 in conjunction with the existing church located in the R-3
ResidentiaUProfessional District, at the following location:

101 Grand Highway
The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida to grant this Conditional Use Permit.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida that: This application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 990 to allow the operation of a
school for children grades K-12 in conjunction with the existing church, located in the R-3 ResidentiaUProfessional
District, be granted subject to the following conditions:
CONDITIONS:
1. Approval of the proposed use shall be conditioned upon compliance with all previous
conditions specified in Resolution No. 990.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS 25th DAY OF July, 2000.
