RESOLUTION
No. 1102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
RENAMING CRAFTON AVENUE, LOCATED WITHIN THE LANCASTER AT KINGS
RIDGE SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 67 AND 68, TO GRAFTON AVENUE.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the street name was inadvertently misspelled on the final
plat.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida that said street be renamed to Grafton Avenue.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
• LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS 14th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1999.
