A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING AND ESTABLISHING
RECREATION FACILITY USAGE FEES, PROGRAM AND OTHER FEES
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida deems it to be in the best interest
of the City to establish and from time to time amend fees for Recreation Programs and Facility
Usage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the following rates shall be charged for the specified uses and categories
of users:

• Per Team each season .............................................. $75.00
B. Facili y Tse:
Field Use (Non-Tournament)
Per Hour-Without lights ........................................ $15.00
Per Hour-With lights ......................................... $25.00
Field Use (Tournament)
Per Hour-Without lights ....................................... $15.00
Per Hour-With lights ......................................... $25.00
Per Hour-Non-City Resident ................................... $35.00
Concession Stand Fee (Per Month): .................................. $100.00

F. Non-Resident Fees:
Leagues ............................................ $25.00 per registration
This fee charged for any participant that is not a current resident or
business owner in the City of Clermont. The fee will not apply to
registrants of unincorporated area if subsidized by Lake County.
