RESOLUTION
No. 1096
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A REQUIREMENT THAT APPLICATIONS FOR ANNEXATIONS,
REZONING, VARIANCES, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS, PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENTS AND STREET CLOSINGS BE AMENDED TO REQUIRE THE
APPLICANT TO PROVIDE THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES FOR SURROUNDING
PROPERTY OWNERS.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that applications for annexations, rezonings, variances,
conditional use permits, planned unit developments and street closing be amended to require the
applicant to provide the names and addresses for surrounding property owners from the latest
Lake County Property Appraisers Ad Valorem Tax Roll. Applications pertaining to single
family residential lots within a platted subdivision are exempted from this requirement.
