NO. 1057
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE
TEMPORARY OPERATION OF A CHURCH IN THE C-1 LIGHT COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida at a meeting held March 2, 1999 recommended approval of this Conditional Use
Permit to allow the temporary operation of a church in the C-1 Light Commercial District at the
following location:

The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant this Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION 1.
This application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the temporary operation of a church in the
G1 Light Commercial District be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the proposed use shall be conditioned upon compliance and in conjunction
with all previous conditions specified in Resolution No. 591.
2. The conditions as set forth in this Conditional Use Permit shall be legally binding upon
any heirs, assigns and/or successors in title or interest.
3. This Conditional Use Permit shall expire 24 months from the date of formal grant by the
City Council.
4. If in the future parking at the facility proves inadequate the Conditional Use Permit may
be rescinded by resolution of the City Council.

5. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees the City
Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
