No. 1050
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING SUBMISSION DATES FOR VARIOUS REQUESTS AND PERMITS
AS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following submission dates for various requests and
permits are established:
SITE PLAN/ENGINEERING PLAN REVIEW
Any person requesting Site Plan/Engineering Plan Review shall file a complete application and all
supplemental data in the office of the Director of Planning by no later than five (5:00) p.m on
Tuesday to be scheduled for the Site Review Committee Meeting to be held the third Wednesday
after submission (11 working days later).
• CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Any person requesting a Conditional Use Permit shall file a complete application in the office of
the Director of Planning on or before the ls` day of the Month; Complete applications will then be
scheduled for Public Hearings on the lg` and 4`h Tuesday of the following month. All applications
must be complete, to include applicable site plans and/or other pertinent descriptive materials in
order to be processed. Apre-application meeting shall be required prior to submission of an
application. Dependent upon the scope and/or magnitude of a particular project, scheduling of
one or more City Council Workshop(s) may also be necessary.
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
Any person requesting a Planned Unit Development shall file a complete application in the office
of the Director of Planning on or before the ls` day of the Month; Comklete applications will then
be scheduled for Public Hearings on the lg` and 4`'' Tuesday of the following month. All
applications must be complete, to include applicable site plans and/or other pertinent descriptive
materials in order to be processed. Apre-application meeting shall be required prior to
submission of an application. Dependent upon the scope and/or magnitude of a particular project,
scheduling of one or more City Council Workshop(s) may also be necessary.

REZONING
Any person requesting a Rezoning shall file a complete application in the office of the Director of
Planning on or before the 1$` day of the Month; Complete applications will then be scheduled for
Public Hearings on the lg` and 4"' Tuesday of the following month. All applications must be
complete, to include applicable site plans and/or other pertinent descriptive materials in order to
be processed. Apre-application meeting shall be required prior to submission of an application.
Dependent upon the scope and/or magnitude of a particular project, scheduling of one or more
City Council Workshop(s) may also be necessary.
ANNEXATION
• Any person requesting a Annexation shall file a complete application in the office of the Director
of Planning on or before the ls` day of the Month; Complete applications will then be scheduled
for Public Hearings on the 1$` and 4`'' Tuesday of the following month. All applications must be
complete, to include applicable site plans and/or other pertinent descriptive materials in order to
be processed. Apre-application meeting shall be required prior to submission of an application.
Dependent upon the scope and/or magnitude of a particular project, scheduling of one or more
City Council Workshop(s) may also be necessary.
VARIANCE
Any person requesting a Variance shall file a complete application in the office of the Director of
Planning thirty (30) days prior to the hearing date of the City Council. All applications must be
complete, to include applicable site plans and/or other pertinent descriptive materials in order to
be processed. Apre-application meeting shall be required prior to submission of an application.
STREET CLOSING
Any person requesting a Street Closing shall file a complete application in the office of the
Director of Planning thirty (30) days prior to the final hearing date of the City Council. All
applications must be complete, to include applicable site plans and/or other pertinent descriptive
materials in order to be processed.

Items for the City Council Agenda, not otherwise specified, shall be received in the office of the
City Manager no later than eleven (11) days prior to the meeting date.
