A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN
APPLICATION FOR THE SMALL CITIES COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT TO THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR FEDERAL
FISCAL YEAR 1995.
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont desires to submit an application to the
Florida Department of Community Affairs for a Small Cities Community
Development Block Grant to benefit persons of low and moderate income.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont as follows:
1.
That the City of Clermont hereby authorizes the filing of an
application for a Community Development Block Grant, and
2.
That the Mayor of the City of Clermont is hereby authorized to
execute all documents required in connection with the filing of
said application to be submitted on March 28, 1995.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,
1995.
