R-94-829 • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 829 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL RESOLUTION NOS. 483 AND 550 TO ALLOW THE PLAYGROUND AREA. • CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE USE PERMIT TO AMEND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held September 6, 1994 recommended approval of this Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution Nos. 483 and 550 to allow the construction of a new playground area at the following location: LEGAL DESCRIPTION The north 145' of lots 11, 12 and 13, City Block 73; lots 1 through 10, City Block 83; and lots 1 through 16, City Block 84. The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant this Conditional Use Permit; r1 LJ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION 1. This application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution Nos. 483 and 550 to allow the construction of a new playground area be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The conditions as set forth in this Conditional Use Permit shall be legally binding upon any heirs, assigns and/or successors in title or interest. 2. The property shall be developed in substantial accordance with an approved site plan incorporating all conditions of this Conditional Use Permit. 3. The permittee/developer shall submit a landscape plan which will address landscape provisions for the site. The required Landscape plan shall indicate compliance with City codes for buffering and screening. 4, No further expansion of this use shall be permitted except as approved by another Conditional Use Permit. 1 1 • Cl7Y OF CI.ERMONT . This permit shall become null and void if substantial construction work has not begun within one (1) year from the date of formal grant by the City Council for this Conditional Use Permit. 6. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
