A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER AND
SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS OF
BLOXAM AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR A CONNECTION FEE FOR CONNECTION TO THE
WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES BASED ON A FRONT FOOTAGE PRORATA SHARE
OF CONSTRUCTION COST.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
HEREBY REVOLVES THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to open and improve Bloxam
Avenue from Pitt Street to Grand Highway, as described in the Official Map
of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages
17-23, inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to construct water and sanitary
sewer facilities in connection with the improvements to Bloxam Avenue, and
• WHEREAS, the costs of construction of the water and sanitary sewer
facilities has been determined to be ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO AND 71/100 DOLLARS ($122,522.71); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to impose a connection fee
for connection to the said water and sanitary sewer facilities.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
The City of Clermont shall open and improve Bloxam Avenue from Pitt
Street to Grand Highway as described in the Official Map of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17-23,
inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Further resolved that the City of Clermont shall construct water and
sanitary sewer facilities in connection with the improvements to Bloxam
• Avenue, and
Further resolved that the total construction cost for the water and

• sanitary sewer facilities is ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO AND 71/100 DOLLARS ($122,522.71) and the total
front footage along Bloxam Avenue from Pitt Street to Grand Highway
is 4,253 feet and
Further resolved that there is hereby imposed a connection fee for
connection to the said water and sanitary sewer facilities of TWENTY-EIGHT
AND 81/100 DOLLARS ($28.81) per front foot to be paid by each respective
parcel fronting on the said Bloxam Avenue at such time as a development
permit is issued for a respective parcel.
DONE AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS DAY OF 1993.
