RESOLUTION
No. 808
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING BUDGET AMENDMENTS TO THE UTILITY
FUND FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following budget amendments are necessary to the
Utility Fund of said City for the Fiscal Year October 1, 1992 to September 30, 1993, as
follows:
WATER
1. Increase Capital Outlay -Water System (41-530-533-6341) $27,000
To appropriate funds for the upgrade of the City's water system pertaining to
the Clermont Regional Shopping Center as approved by the Council on June 8,
1993.
SEWER
1. Increase Capital Outlay -Sewer System (41-531-535-6340) $12,275
To appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Fund for the installation
of fiberglass manhole liners as approved by the Council on May 11, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above said budget amendments
for the Building Construction Fund of the City of Clermont for the 1992-1993 Fiscal Year
are hereby adopted.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1993.
