R-93-779• • • CITYOF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 779 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 511 TO ALLOW THE ExiSTING FUNERAL HOME FACILITY TO BE UTILIZED FOR CHURCH SERVICES, LOCATED IN THE C-2/CBD GENERAL COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Ciry of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held February 2, 1993, recommended approval of this Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 511 to allow the existing funeral home facility to be utilized for church services, located in the C-2/CBD General Commercial Business District at the following location: 806 West Minneola Avenue The Ciry Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the Ciry of • Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Ciry Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION 1. The application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 511 to allow the existing funeral home facility to be utilized for church services, located in the C-2/CBD General Commercial Business District, be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The conditions as set forth in this Conditional Use Permit shall be legally binding upon any heirs, assigns or successors in title or interest. 2. This property may be used as a combined church and a funeral home facility only. No other business operations, expansion or additions to use, including an incinerator for cremation, shall be permitted except as approved by another Conditional Use Permit. • 1 • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 779 • 3. The church portion of the operation shall be permitted for a three (3) year period from the date of formal grant by the Ciry Council. Prior to the appointed date, the church facility shall have found permanent residence or shall have received formal approval for an extension of this Conditional Use Permit. 4. All conditions stated in Resolution No. 511 shall be adhered to. 5. The final Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued until each of the stated conditions has been met. 6.
