RESOLUTION
NO. 1040
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
RESCINDING ALL SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICIES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Substance Abuse Policy of the City of Clermont is necessary to
• ensure all employees and volunteer firefighters have adrug-free workplace.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont that:
SECTION 1.
All substance abuse policies in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2.
The attached Substance Abuse Policy-Part A and Part B are hereby adopted by the
City Council of the City of Clermont, effective, November 24, 1998.
