R-98-1036• CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 1036 • A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND RESOLUTION N0.986 BY AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION, ADDING AN ADDITIONAL 6.5 ACRES (APPROXIMATELY). WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held November 3, 1998 recommended approval of this Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 986 by amending the legal description, adding an additiona16.5 acres (approximately) at the following location: LEGAL DESCRIPTION See Attachment "A" The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant this Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION 1. This application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow amend Resolution No. 986 by amending the legal description, adding an additiona16.5 acres (approximately) be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the proposed use shall be conditioned upon compliance with all previous conditions specified in Resolution No. 986. 2. Condition 1 of Section 2 which specifies the square footage and type of development to be permitted shall be amended to indicate thirty (30) acres as opposed to twenty-three and one -half (23.5).
