R-98-1026• • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 1026 • A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AM RESOLUTION N0.912 TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A VETERIN ~ VACCINATION CLINIC, ONCE MONTHLY, LOCATED IN THE C-2 NE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable in the interest the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant this Conditional a Permit at the following location: LOCATION 761 East Highway 5 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by e City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: • SECTION 1. This application for a Conditional a Permit to amend Resolution No. 912 to allow the operation of a Veterinary Vaccination C ' ic, once monthly, located in the C-2 General Commercial District be granted subje~o the following conditions: 1. The conditions as set fo in the Conditional Use Permit shall be legally binding upon any heirs, assigns and/or successor n title or interest. 2. Utilization of the s' a for the proposed use shall be permitted for one-half (1/2) Saturday per month only. 3. Approval of,Yhe proposed use shall be conditioned upon compliance with all previous conditions specifi~ in Resolution No. 912. 4. All of a requirements of other regulatory agencies and public safety entities concerning veterinary f ilities shall be met. 5. This permit shall become null and void if the proposed use has not begun operation within one (1) yeaz from formal grant by the City Council. 6.
