R-98-1002• • • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 1002 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE TEMPORARY USE OF A FACILITY AS AN OVERFLOW AREA FOR A SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM, LOCATED IN THE M-1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held May 5, 1998 recommended approval of this Conditional Use Permit to allow the temporary use of a facility as an overflow area for a summer school program, in the M-1 Industrial District at the following location: LOCATION 1063 West Desoto Street The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to gent this Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION 1. This application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the temporary use of a facility as an overflow area for a summer school progam, located in the M-1 Industrial District be ganted subject to the following conditions: 1. The conditions as set forth in the Conditional Use Permit shall be legally binding upon any heirs, assigns and/or successors in title or interest. 2. All of the requirements of other regulatory agencies and public safety entities concerning operation of day care facilities shall be met. All required improvements must be completed prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the requested use. 3. The Conditional Use Permit for a temporary Summer School Care Program shall be permitted for the period from June 1, 1998 through August 10, 1998 only. 4. No expansion or amendments of the use shall be permitted except as approved by another Conditional Use Permit. • 1 • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 1002 Page-2- 5. The final Certificate of Occupancy and Occupational License shall not be issued until each of the stated conditions has been met. 6. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
