CITY OF CLERMONT
RESOLUTION
No. 1000
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE EVALUATION
AND APPRAISAL REPORT.
WHEREAS, Florida Statute 163.3191 requires local governments to prepare an
Evaluation and Appraisal report; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 9J-33.005, F.A.C., states that the City of Clermont shall adopt
and submit its Evaluation and Appraisal Report to the Department of Community Affairs by
May 1, 1998; and
• WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, in its role as the Local Planning
Agency, prepared the report and held two properly noticed public hearings to publicly review
the report on February 3 and 16, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont reviewed the report in a
Workshop on March 5, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida that the Evaluation and Appraisal Report is adopted and shall
be submitted to the Department of Community Affairs by May 1, 1998.
