R-97-979• • C~ CITY OF CLERMONf RESOLUTION No. 979 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND RESOLUTION N0.911 TO CONTINUE TO ALLOW THE TEMPORARY OPERATION OF A REHABILITATION CENTER AND ADULT DAY CARE FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO (2) YEARS, LOCATED IN THE C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held December 2, 1997 recommended approval of this Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 911 to continue to allow the temporary operation of a rehabilitation center and adult day care for an additional two (2) years, located in the C-2 General Commerciai Business District at the following location: LOCATION 345, 347 and 349 North Highway 27 The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant this Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION 1. This application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 911 to continue to allow the temporary operation of a rehabilitation center and adult day care for an additional two (2) years, located in the C-2 General Commercial Business District be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The conditions as set forth in this Conditional Use Permit shall be legally binding upon any heirs, assigns and/or successors in title or interest. 2. The property may utilized for the proposed use for a period of (2) years from the date of formal grant by the City Council. 3. No further expansion of the temporary use shall be permitted except as approved by another Conditional Use Permit. u C~ CI7Y OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 979 Page-2- 4. The permittee shall retain appropriate approvals from all necessary regulatory agencies for the facility. 5. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by Resolution.
