RESOLUTION
No. 977
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATING A COUNCIL
POSITION AGAINST THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
MARINA ON THE CLERMONT CHAIN OF LAKES
WHEREAS, the Ciry of Clermont is located on the Clermont Chain of Lakes
which is designated an Outstanding Florida Water, and
WHEREAS, the Ciry Council of the City of Clermont desires to protect and
preserve the quality of the Clermont Chain of Lakes,
• NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ciry of
Clermont, Florida, that this Council will not support the development of a marina on
the Clermont Chain of Lakes.

CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS ~ DAY OF OCTOBER,
