RESOLUTION
No. 972
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING BUDGET AMENDMENTS TO THE SEWER
FUND FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996-
1997.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following budget amendments are necessary to the
Sewer Fund of said City for the Fiscal Year October 1, 1996 to September 30, 1997, as
follows:
Increase Professional Services-Impact Fee Study (42535-53164) $2,500
To appropriate additional funds for the completion of an Impact
Fee Study, as approved by the City Council on Jan. 14, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above said budget amendments
for the Sewer Fund of the City of Clermont for the 1996-1997 Fiscal Year and
appropriations therefore are hereby adopted.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS ~ DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1997.
