RESOLUTION
No. 936
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE FEES FOR BALL
FIELD USAGE AND SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM,
REPEALING ANY RESOLUTION IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont deems it to be in the best interest of
the City to establish and from time to time amend fees for the Summer Recreation Program and
league play on City ball fields.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Clermont
that the following rates shall be charged for the specified uses and categories of users:
A. Summer Recreation Program Fees: Term Rate
1. City of Clermont Residents: Week -none-
. 2. Non-City Residents Week $ 15.00
B. ~eag~Fgg~•
1. Per Team: Season $ 50.00
Plus Per Registrant:
a) City of Clermont and unincorporated Lake County area residents: Season -none-
b) Other Residents: Season $ 25.00
c) Other Family: Annual $100.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE ABOVE SAID FEES OF
THE CITY OF CLERMONT ARE HEREBY ADOPTED AND BECOME EFFECTIVE
JANUARY 1, 1997.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS ~ DAY OF DECEMBER, 1996.
