2008-36EXTENSION OF TERM CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Between The City of Clermont, Florida and A Secure America, Inc.
THIS CONTRACT AGREEMENT was the result of an open, competitive RSQ process and
was made and entered into originally on the 1St day of March, 2004, by and between the
CITY OF CLERMONT located at Clermont, Florida, (Owner), and A Secure America, Inc.
(a Delaware Corporation, tax ID #90-0067622, lawfully registered to operate in the State of
Florida) with its principal office in Belleview, Florida, Party of the Second Part and called the
Consultant, is extended this 12th day of August, 2008, for sixteen months through
December 31, 2009. This extension is authorized and is necessary to provide sufficient
time to complete work under current projects.
Rate Adjustment: The rates established in this contract were based on prevalent rates for
calendar year 2004. In order to establish rates for current year (2006), as well as future
year use, the parties agree to calculate those rates by the following method:
The 2004 rate wiN be escalated by 3°lo per year, and for every subsequent year (i.e.,
3% compounded annually). For example, a 2004 rate of $100.00/hr would have
become $103.00 for 2005, and $106.09 for 2006, etc. Actual rates for this
extension period are detailed in the labor category rate table below.
