PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH SNiL, INC
This Amendment is to that certain agreement dated December 17, 2007, (the Agrc~ment)
between SML,, INC., hereina#Ier referred to as °'Consultant" and THE CITY UIM CI.EKMONT,
F`LC7RIDA, hereinafiter referred to as "CITY", ~'he parties, in exchange for the mutual covenants
contained herein and in the Agreement. agree as ti>}low's:
i. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a conflict,
the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. Additional Services and C'omrsensation Schedule. "Ihe parties agree that C;«nsu}tart
shall be perforn~ in accordance with the scope of services set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein and that Cit}' shall compensate Consultant ti7r said services in accordance
with the Compensation Schedule set forth in Exhibit ` :~"'.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full fizrce
and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.

Based an our visits and con~~ersatian, my observation and experience, I propose to write

fee far these services, utclusive, is 525,000.00 for up to 800 cubic feeE of records. tiny
additional services provided beyond 800 cubit feet. shall be billed at the rate of $30.{)0 per cubic
