Cooper Memorial Library Diamond Jubilee Week~rnclarnation
MAYORAL PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, this year marks the 75th anniversary of the Cooper
Memorial Library; and from its early days to the present, Cooper
Memorial Library has served our community and has continuously
been a thriving part of our community, and
WHEREAS, special activities have been planned to celebrate the
Cooper Memorial Library Diamond Jubilee, and it is fitting that the
entire community should join in this expression of pride and
appreciation for the many benefits that our community has enjoyed
over the years.
NOW, THEREFORE I, Robert A. Pool, Mayor of the City of Clermont,
do hereby declare the week of April 9, 1989 as
COOPER MEMORIAL LIBRARY DIAMOND JUBILEE WEER
and furthermore urge all citizens to join me in observance of this
occasion, and to commemorate this event by participating in this
75th anniversary celebration.
