WHEREAS, local realtors and realtor-associates nationwide
recognize that the strength of our nation lies in the homes of
our people;
WHEREAS, one of the most precious rights American$ enjoy is
the right to own, use or transfer rea]. property;
WHEREAS, we must guard against taking for granted the rights
that come with home ownership and recognize. that owning one's
home contributes to the well-being of our community;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, I, Charles B, Beals, Mayor of
the City of Clermont, Florida, do hereby proclaim April 8 through
April 14, 1984 "PRIVATE PROPERTY WEEK" in Clermont, and L urge

• All citizens are encouraged to participate in prpgrams sponsored
by the Lake County Board of Realtors for a week Q~ community
