WHEREAS, September 17, 1972, marks the one hundred
eighty-fifth anniversary of the adoption of
tiie Constitution of the United States of
America by the Constitutional Convention;
and
i~HEREAS, Public Law i~,o. 915 guarantees the issuing of
a Proclamation each year by the President of
the United States of America designating
September 17 through 23 as Constitution t•Jeek,
fIUW, THEREFORE,
I, DON E. SP~IITH, as Mayor of the City of Clermont,
Florida do hereby proclaim the week of September
17 through 23, 1972 as
COf~aSTITUTION ~,~EEK
and urge all citizens to study the Constitution,
to express gratitude for the privilege of American
citizenship in our Republic functioning under the
super body of 1 aws - tt~e Constitution of the United
States of America.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,

the City to be affixed at Clermont, Florida, this
