The Constitution of the United States of America will be two hundred nine years
old on September 17, 1996. The week of September 17 - 23 is designated as
Constitution Week by Public Law 915.
The President of the United States proclaims the week of September 17 through
23 as Constitution Week, as does the Governor of Florida.
